3.3 **Refund Policy**: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service are eligible for an 80% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the service. Unless agreed in writing by both parties.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and provide alternative arrangements or a full refund. 

4.2 **Passenger Conduct**: Customers are expected to behave in a manner that ensures the safety and comfort of all passengers and the driver. Fast Buses Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to any customer whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe. 

4.3 **Luggage**: Customers are responsible for their luggage. Fast Buses Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage to luggage unless caused by our negligence. 

4.4 **Vehicle Cleanliness**: Customers are required to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle during the service. Any spillage or spoilage caused by food, drinks, or other substances will result in a cleaning fine of £120, which will be charged to the customer.
